Okay, here we go...

I have to ask about the color of an insulator. I hesitate because I can see Brent and a few others rolling their eyes already. I'm not really one to get overly hung up on exact color labels in the Guide, but, alas, it can't be ignored completely in this day and age of buying insulators based on photos and descriptions online. Photography and its screen renditions can't be totally trusted, so one has to put some weight on how the seller is characterizing the color verbally. And the selling price is based on the seller's determination of color in most instances.

So, I have this insulator, the third one in the picture, and don't know how to describe the color as it might relate to the Guide. I like the color, that's not the issue. The only reason it matters is that the price I paid for it was based on it being described as "Light Cornflower Blue". It's shown in a lineup of Peacock, Dark Cornflower, the mystery color, and then Hemingray Blue. To me, based on the comparisons, it's not a cornflower at all. Cornflower shouldn't have any aqua-ish leanings to it. I'd call it a straight-up Blue if I had to pin it down.

If anyone would like to weigh in, I'd appreciate it! I may have to reach out to the seller and I lack the knowledge and experience to feel totally confident doing that.
