Contractors removed towers separately from wood poles. The pole crews pulled entire poles out and back filled holes with gravel while the tower crews torched the tower legs which it was pulled up by a crane. This particular tower on a curve in the road was carefully removed opposed to the rest which were aggressively torn out. The footings were dug up and holes gravel filled. The insulators on this tower are 1930s Ohio Brass and a Westinghouse or Pinco mixed in.
