I will be there with two fresh collection purchases and can also bring Display Cabinets if someone is interested. Show info below: MAY 8, 2021 MANCHESTER, CONNECTICUT The Yankee Pole Cat Insulator Club is happy to announce a Spring 2021 Swap on Saturday May 8. The swap is being held at the Manchester (CT) Land Conservation Trust Bush Hill Farm property. This is the same location as last fall's swap. The address is 330 Bush Hill Rd, Manchester, CT. We will once again be in the back lot - follow the driveway to the right of the barn. There is a large, open space where we setup with plenty of flat ground to spread out. Hours are 9-1. If you are planning on attending, please do not arrive before 8. This is strictly a "bring your own everything" event - tables, chairs, food, drink, etc. Due to the current situation with COVID (although improving, not yet good enough to be back to "normal"), the club will not be providing anything in the way of food or drink. There will be no club provided coffee, donuts, lunch, cold drinks. You are welcome to bring whatever for your own personal consumption. We ask that you DO NOT bring anything to share. There is a port-o-potty available up at the front barn. If you are planning on coming, I STRONGLY ask/suggest you to adhere to the current State of Connecticut rules for gatherings. Please maintain a 6 foot distance and wear a mask even with this being an outside event. Bring your hand sanitizer and/or wipes. We all know we pick up and look at the insulators and put them back down - this can spread germs. So use your sanitizer/wipes after visiting a table where you "browse". If we all do our part, we can have a fun and safe event - getting together and enjoying friendship and insulators! In the unlikely event of bad weather, the rain date is two weeks later - Saturday May 22. If there is any doubt, please check your email or the Yankee Pole Cat Facebook page. Or you can call John Rajpolt. |
