(inverted triangle logo) / 40. Embossing (right): WHITALL TATUM (in arc design) / No 1 // MADE IN U.S.A. (in arc design) / 17 - 40 / (Armstrong circle logo). I am not knowledgeable when it comes to WT/Armstrong date codes...are these both from 1940?
