A road realignment and lane addition in Yuma, Az. Apparently nobody thought to contact APS ( Arizona Public Service ) before pouring the new fancy concrete sidewalk. When APS came to set all the new poles for this realignment the crosswalk was a good two feet off. This pole had to be set right up against the sidewalk because if APS cut out the concrete to align the pole correctly wheel chairs and motorized handicapped scooters would not be able to pass. AWDA violations would follow.

Now taxpayers will have to pay for sidewalk corrections. The tie wires have failed due to the long span and stress and a floater problem now.
