A view of the two live 115kV circuits on the north side of the old (1922) Liberty Memorial Bridge and the retired ones (115kV and 41.6kV) on the south side.

In the 1980s, it was one 115kV (the leftmost one) and three 41.6kV circuits.

At the time of the picture (summer 2007), the new (2008) Liberty Memorial Bridge was well underway just to the south, and the old bridge was imploded in fall 2008. As historic as the old bridge was, it had developed too many problems that would have been expensive to correct (the worst being the two river piers were turning to gravel inside).
