Not sure if these are Spain? Germany? They seem to be fairly obscure. They say "Vegla" "no 95". Ice green one is mint, ice blue is vnm, w/2 8th-in. very small flecks on ears. They're kinda neat with great glass clarity, and a funky corrugated area at base of pinhole. I put the lil Brookfield pony next to these to show how diminutive they are. Never had one b4, never seen em b4, so don't know what to ask. 60 shipped.
