This cream-colored English spool measures 3 5/8" across the top umbrella and 2 7/8" tall. There is a Crown logo faintly incuse that is only partially legible. I can see what appears to be a date with 19 on the left of the crown an illegible number on the right. Below the crown, MADE IN ENGLAND is readable. There is a tiny flake at the corner of the inner skirt keeping it from mint. Asking $10 plus postage.
