Liquid Insulator from 1897 Western Electric Catalog

Judging by the weight these were very heavy @ 2210 pounds per 100, so 22 pounds apiece? Probably with pin and oil included. But it then says 30 1/2 oz. each so almost 2 pounds each? Must have been an error somewhere here?
