The correct answer is...not the straw DOMINION on the outside of the middle crossarm! No, it's the green N.E.G.M.CO. CD 145 which is third from the left on the top crossarm. On our Tuesday hunt in scorching heat (25 degrees! Ack! It's a Canadian nightmare!), this was one of the nicest insulators I saw. But I didn't see it until I had pulled a greenish looking B 145 with a piece of pot stone in the dome, and I was starting to make my way down the pole. Then, I looked up and almost lost my balance on the pole. "A green N.E.G.M. 145?!?! That's unheard of!" So, I scrambled down the pole, grabbed my camera, photographed it, unscrewed the insulator, took the tie wire off, and wrapped it in about 12 sheets of newspaper (making it about 1' wide), and then placed it in the bag. For those of you who don't know me, I love my green shades!
