Up for grabs is a Brookfield CD 127.1. I don't have the current price guide so I'm unsure of which EIN this one fits into. It reads:

(f-crown) [Number] / W. BROOKFIELD 55 FULTON ST (r-crown) PAT APRIL 4, 1871

This one has a large '3' on the front crown. This piece originated from a Nova Scotia farmstead and has seen a long history of use as a door stop. Its embossing is worn down and difficult to read. Its dome and skirt have scuffs and high-point wear. Its base is worn flat and smooth. It has a 1 1/2" flat base flake, a 3/8" BB ping above the W. BROOKFIELD embossing, and a 1/2" BB ping on the rear crown above "1871". It has seen better days, but it still looks great for an object that is nearing 150 years old. It is full of steamy swirls, bubbles, and amber wisps.

I'm asking $50 USD plus shipping for this piece. I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
