Not a whole lot here as far as insulators go (there is an electric distribution pole on the right with two sidepins for the phone connections to the restaurant on the far left) however this scene is nicely complemented with a view of this very popular and historic Massachusetts bridge that was standing for about five years when this photo was taken.
