I just recently picked up this CD 145 American. It's a light green color with a few bubbles and milky wisps in the glass. This is the three date [030] version with the "Jan. 29, 1884" date. The dome is marked "I X". There are a few very tiny flakes at the base rim, but I wouldn't hesitate to call it VNM. I'm asking $75.00 plus actual postage to the lower 48.
