Primary and secondary-voltage distribution was strung upon the top two crossarms using STL Malleable pins and hardware. Beneath is a crossarm with rather closely-spaced insulator pins. The latter likely supported municipal call box or telephone subscriber wires.

The next two images individually show close views of the upper section of this pole and the lower part with the communications crossarm.
