This is a close view of the lowermost three crossarms in the previous photo. I believe these were city-owned communications circuits. From what I understand the majority of their wires used CD 133s. These predominantly were H.G. Co. variants (including some early ones with smooth bases) along with Hemingrays with drip points. These city lines also used miscellaneous (and sometimes very rare) random glass pintype insulators as reported by collectors. Note the CD 132 on the upper crossarm on the far right.
