It is quite possible the larger insulators on lowermost crossarm on pole in the foreground are CD 140s, supporting heavy trolley service cables. I have no clue what the big white insulator on the right side of the same arm might happen to be (porcelain? composition material?). Note the large empty pin next to it which certainly is a bit larger than the other uninsulated pins on the same pole....
