Here's a RARE CD 642 Forest Green Gingerbread Man with a "+" symbol on the dome. Close-up of the symbol [id=610742665]. I believe the marking is related to the masonic symbols found on other gingerbread men insulators- all found in same mold style and color (ie, might be an iron cross. Other masonic markings found in this mold include the well known intertwined 'V's and a triangle). Has unusually thick skirt and unusual rounded base. I've only seen a few others!

Lis Bergman believes that this insulator was possibly made by Chomel LeGrand et Cie of Fourmies, France. They are known to have made insulators in dark green thick glass with rounded base during the depression era (1920's). (Thanks Lis for the info!)

Photo taken with 5000K full spectrum lighting and camera flash. No cracks and only a teeny sliver base inner skirt flake, 1 tiny nick (seen in pic) and 2 tiny tic marks. Otherwise, minor factory mold line grind marks and some light scratches.

First email gets this scarce "+" symbol Gingerbread man for the reduced price of only $200 plus shipping. Can accept payment split over 2 months. Optional insurance extra. Thanks!
