Here's a scarce unlisted Siemens 3 part porcelain insulator from Germany. 4-6 of these were recovered from early railway stations being used to insulate street lights about 25 years ago. To my knowledge no more have been recovered since. Overall excellent condition, but there are nibbles on the inside threaded top. Marked with the S logo for Siemens. Factory flaw on inner skirt when heated in the kiln. Does not contain the common fuse that was used on many electrical items during this era. To see this insulator complete [id=610684020].
