A local "picker" that I met through Facebook posted this sign for sale recently. I'm assuming this is the same Johns-Manville company that had the porcelain insulators with their name stamped on it, although obviously this company is selling roofing shingles. Does anyone know anything about the history of the Johns-Manville company? Note, I did not buy the sign, the seller wants top dollar for all of the stuff he picks up at estate sales, etc.
