I believe this line is still there and if so, owned by National Grid. I understand that it was built in the middle teens and Victor suspension insulators were used on a lot of it. These insulators were found by the line's right-of-way years ago and most survivors and pieces have very attractive glazes with speckling. They are hand-stamped on their undersides between the insulator's rings with the familiar Victor multipart logo.

I do not know anything about what stood on the wood pole line that was alongside. The smaller insulators on the two short crossarms on these poles were the company's private telephone line used along various points for switching orders, maintenance work, etc.
