On the right is EIN [040] {191 Top} (F‑Skirt) TWO PIECE/TRANSPOSITION {190 Bottom} (F‑Skirt) TWO PIECE/TRANSPOSITION (R‑Skirt) [Blotted out embossing] SB in Blue Aqua. An open base bubble in the rear of the top piece is the only flaw to report. Asking $20 plus postage.
