A CD 202 transposition insulator had its wires terminated on both sides with a wire from each extending down to the street series incandescent light fixture. There are transposition insulators (the three on the right appear to be CD 190-191 two-piece types) on the lower crossarm as well. These might be telephone circuits. Note the openwire electric service connecting to the house in the background. Two pintype insulators on a metal bracket appear to have the service wires tied off at the corner of the dwelling. The street light fixture and bracket appear to have been made by the Wheeler Reflector Company, Boston, Massachusetts.
