I do not know much about the insulators on the wood poles. However I believe the the 115kv line in the background was built in the teens with Victor suspension insulators. These were hand-stamped "Victor" within the familiar multipart logo between the rings on their undersides and had some nicely speckled glazes. If this is the line I am thinking of, it is still standing and is owned by National Grid. Click "Previous" for the full image and a look at the station.
