Pencil-top pole typical of the 1920s with porcelain insulators on the upper two crossarms with glass insulators beneath supporting wires for area telephone subscribers. Two wires led down to the incandescent series street light using a CD 280 (or the porcelain equivalent) insulator as an insulating coupling between the end of the bracket pipe and the radial wave reflector fixture.
