Built another economy display case last weekend out of mostly recycled materials. The furniture grade cherry came from the restore for 2 bucks per 8' piece (have enough for 2 more cabinets). The shelving, elect cord and brackets were near freebees from auction box lots. The 2'X2' 3500K, 4000K or 5000K adjustable LED panel was 89 bucks at home depot. Even used up a few of the date nails hanging around the shop. Not sure why I thought I needed another lighted display, but boredom was setting in and felt the need to create something with my hands that was related to the hobby.
