Here's a really cool U-1777 found in Chile. Was used on government Telegraph lines. Some have been found in brown glaze with cool wax resist TE marking. This example has 28 stamped in the inner skirt indicating it was made in 1928! This insulator was rescued nearly 15 years ago and I may have seen one other example in this glaze and style.

There is a smaller version of this insulator with identically placed unusual alternating indentations on crown and lower wire groove that was made in Spain by Guerin y Comas in the early 1900s. This may be made by them as I've never seen this style in another catalog.

Apart from very light usage marks this beauty is Mint condition! Measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/2".

First email gets this unusual and historic insulator for only $100 plus shipping. Thanks!
