Interesting insulator, the threads look like they have been pushed up. I feel it would be hard to put this on a pin. I will add a second picture of the threads. There is a bruise on the base (can be seen in the picture), 3 what I think are lehr kisses on the dome, they don't look like chips to me as I don't see any impact marks, a few little pings which are hardly noticeable. $50 plus shipping.
