Photograph taken in Hingham town center before line crews were able to make repairs at this location. Note the abundance of glass insulators on the "alley arm". A distribution transformer sits upright in the middle of the street awaiting "attention".

Photo taken looking northerly on Main Street with the former Charlie Cushing Mobil gas station on the right (if you are familiar with this area). The famous centuries-old Buttonwood tree is behind the sign. The historic tree still stands and a small bank is where the filling station stood.
