These are on the shorter pole in the overall image: [id=602111169].

Note the worn crossarm stenciling whereby only "TEL." is visible. Given the fact that telegraph-style insulators (CD 133s and145s) were used here, perhaps these were Western Union or another telegraph company's lines.
