Here is a CD 151 EIN [020] (F‑Crown)1/(Arc)W. BROOKFIELD/NEW YORK {MLOD} SB in Blue Aqua with milky "sleet" throughout. The photos show the item under natural light as well as base lit to highlight the milky impurities that look more like sleet than snow. There is also a cool carbon bubble in the inner skirt. Damage includes two base hits: one took off a short sliver, and the other made a short, shallow fracture at the left of the front skirt, as shown. There's a smaller similar ding on the right skirt.
