A couple of these signals turned up in the Niagara Falls area of NY. It's Hemingray No.20 EIN[110] in a nice Hemi blue color. There's an area of green glass on the right side just below the wire groove. I don't know if I'd go so far as to call it a two tone, but it is interesting.
