Actually the name given to early Harley's since they ran much more quiet than other makes of the time. I just got this U-191 in a mid-MI auction yesterday. It is cemented to the metal bracket and still has traces of paint, soot and wire wear. Pretty much mint - maybe some slight nibbles on the umbrella edge, or could have been made that way.
