Photo taken in August 1965. I swear if this place was bike riding distance of where I lived back when this photo was taken, you would probably see me or my bike here in this photo, no fooling! I was always welcome at utility company facilities while growing up and I visited (more like, "haunted") just about all at one time or another in the 60s here in southeast MA.

Added note: Electric utility pole with 4kv primaries with underground risers (probably for the utility building) and an incandescent street light fixture with a "gumball" type globe. This was activated by a meter-socket-type tube-powered photocontrol, visible on the right of the middle crossarm.
