This CD 164 is dome embossed W BROOKFIELD over NEW YORK with skirt embossing PAT'D NOV. 13th 1883. Very bold embossing on bright aqua color. Two pin pricks on top of dome and little what appears to be a factory flaw behind the RK. I'll post a second photo showing flaw.
