Up for grabs is a nice sampling of this unusual Canadian embossing style. No one has attributed this marking to any specific meaning, but one theory I have heard is that it may denote manufacture at Dominion's Pointe St. Charles, Quebec plant shortly after Dominion's takeover of the Canadian Glass plant there. This is speculative as far as I know, and we may never know what the "P" really means until some key document is someday uncovered. In any case, these Diamond P CD 154s are a great-looking style and come in some nice colours. The watery clear glass really makes them shine! In this lot, from left to right, we have light green, green aqua, and peach examples. The light green isn't quite a "lime" shade, so I'm forced to think it must be unlisted at this time.

All three examples are VNM with nothing more than a minor ping or microflake. The green aqua example, a tough piece to find, has a light 3/16" fisheye on the rear upper wire ridge.

Let's try $30 USD plus shipping for all three examples - that's a good deal! I'm always happy to trade for early Canadian glass or Canadian-made porcelain insulators. I accept PayPal, or personal cheque from any member of ICON or any collector with whom I have dealt before. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or for more photos, and look through my other items or unsold sales stock to combine shipping on items.
