On top are fire alarm circuits with phone subscriber lines on the three crossarms beneath. A wooden junction box for some of these wires is between the lower two telephone company arms with what looks like a standing or sitting service platform immediately below. The lowermost two crossarms support electric lighting service lines making some crossover connections.
