The CD 140 insulators are on the fifth crossarm down from the top. There might have been more of them on the crossover arms beneath but I cannot tell from the original print (they probably are Jumbos in my opinion). Electric lighting service lines appear on the upper four crossarms (or possibly the uppermost one was for fire alarm connections).
