Quite amazing indeed that this lightbulb did not shatter with all of the small rocks flying around during the fury of this historic storm. The pole this fixture was on was losing its footing owing to crumbling pavement all around it but stayed straight up in the air...click "Previous" for an overall view of this scene. This fixture was internally wired (probably for weather protection) so there are no visible wires leading to it.
