Central MA 1903. Closeup Photo of Transmission Pole (1) Using Large Spools

This is the pole on the left seen in the previous photo. The line immediately beneath the power arms appear to be supporting lower voltage electric service circuits, most likely for the trolley service at this location. Note what looks like a CD 259 on the left side of that arm, closest to the pole. The lowermost crossarm likely carried telephone circuits used for dispatching along this interurban line.
