Note the two porcelain "plug-in" handle style cutouts on the middle crossarm. These contained primary-voltage fuses for the transformer from the same arm. Typically early instances like this one employed either 1,100 or 2,200 volts primary with 100 to 110 volts on the secondary side which led to customers' residences.
