This is the 2nd of two pictures. It's about the size of an insulator. The person who has it says its original owner thinks it's an insulator - "the man I purchased this from swears it is an insulator. He said the wires wrapped around the outside with one going one way top and one going the opposite on the bottom. Apparently, there is some part that goes inside of this also but he did not have it."
