It is clearly seen that the electric utility serving this area was the Lowell Electric Light Corporation, from the black-on-white crossarm stenciling. Beneath are a pair of trolley telephone dispatch circuits (on the left with neatly transposed wires) and a heavy cable on the right supported by what looks like a CD 145 beehive insulator of the same crossarm.
