Saw this gem while I was returning from flying my drone. This installation was found alongside E. Dakota Ave. (some butt wagon has it spelled, "DACOTA" o their mailbox nearby, hahaha!!!) near N. Ninth Ave. in Fresno CA. USA on the morning of 05-09-20.

Note the porcelain unipart with radio-treated top mounted horizontally beneath the porcelain posts near the top of the photo; I'm uncertain as to the identity of the hardware on the large rack between the crossarm and luminaire.
