Brookfield is attributed in the production of some of the CD 210 SDP Postal pieces. There are two different embossing indexes for these [020] and [030]. This piece is the [030] EID in dark aqua and has 41 drips. I don't remember exactly if Brookfield produced the ones with the vertical bar or without, but someone else would be able to shed some light on this. It is likely the vertical bar pieces are Hemingray as these appear on other pieces attributed to them.
