Star's with drips are believed to have been made by Brookfield. This CD 164 piece is embossing index [020] in aqua with light bubbles & snow and has 29 drips. The price guide only lists this piece in aqua. If anyone has one of these in another color please let me know.

Stars were believed to have been made by Brookfield and there are three documented CD's with SDP. 102's, 161's and 164. There are other WDP pieces 102's and 162.3's that are also attributed to them as well.
