It looks like six insulators per crossarm, so it is apparent 18 Jumbos were used per pole. Scenes like this with lots of heavy duty transit cables typically were nearby generation plants. Further into trolley service territory these lines branched off and split among many other routes in the city.

I have no idea when pole lines like this one came out of service. My best guess would be during the 1930s when automobiles and buses were becoming more popular for urban transportation. Further, it is anyone's wildest dream where the insulators went to after decommissioning...
