I've been watching a certain seller continually list purple WGM and WFG CD 162's for almost three months now. 40 sold so far. Wondering when the stream will end and how it will affect prices.

They have sold for a range of $11 to $89 each plus shipping.

Most have some chips or fractures.

My nosey self was curious, so I asked the seller for a story of the find.

Here it is:

"I was at estate sale in the valley here in El Paso the gentleman that passed away worked at the rail road company, he had hundreds of old glass bottles in garage and these were scattered all around, I must of purchased about 90 of these, and in back yard was a pile behind a shed and there must of been hundreds old bottles and insulators that he dumped out back I guess many years ago, but because it was mixed with old boxes and buried in leaves and wood they didn't allow me to dig for them, snakes or black widows, and unfortunately they were all hauled away to land fill. this was a year ago, im down to about 30 and will list later on. I wish I would of been able to go through the pile out back. I'm not a collector otherwise I would keep them all."

I have to wonder what was in the pile out back!
