Here is a CD 145 EIN [010] (F‑Skirt) N.E.G.M.CO. SB in an unlisted Blue. The current Price Guide's blue range lists only Blue Aqua, Ice Blue, and Sapphire Blue. This color's too deep and rich to be Ice anything. It's definitely not Sapphire Blue, but it sure ain't plain Blue Aqua neither. Condition is about as fine as these come with only the tiniest of flakes at the right upper wire ridge next to a wire rub on the outside, and a short chip on the inner skirt with some day-one nibbling and annealing lines in the pinhole at the start of the threads.
