Old 4kv distribution above (the right side secondary deadend looks like a Hewlett disc) with two bright aqua signals on the fire alarm crossarm add a lot of pizazz to an otherwise ordinary looking pole. Note the wood blocks as spacers between the secondary arms. A standard through-bolt goes through a hole in the block's center. This is a method of double-arming that you do not see much more of these days.
