For the CD 102 specialist: this Light Aqua Patent – Other pony is embossed similar to EIN [040] (F‑Crown) PAT/JAN 25TH 1870 (R‑Crown) [#]/FEB 22ND 1870/MCH 20TH 1877 {MLOD} SB, but instead of a number on the rear crown this one has a cross. The three EIN's with a cross listed in the Price Guide all show the cross on the front crown along with either the January patent date or a blotted out embossing. On this one, while the cross is very boldly embossed, the text is less so, but upon close inspection, one can make out PAT/JAN 25TH 1870 on the front crown as well as part of the February date and all of the MCH 20TH 1877 below the cross on the rear crown. So this one's not listed. There is a fleabite on the front wire ridge, and a wire rub and a couple of shallow base chip/flakes in the rear, but no cracks or bruises.
